1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LinQo application ("App") or visiting our website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

LinQo provides an AI-powered translation keyboard for mobile devices and a Telegram bot. The Service translates text entered by users from one language to another using third-party AI and machine translation APIs.

3. User Accounts

• You may use LinQo with a free account or upgrade to a paid plan.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Plan: Up to 20 messages per day, 60+ languages, AI-powered translation.
• Standard Plan ($3.99/month): 100 messages per day, all tones and rephrase, gender-aware grammar, priority support.
• Pro Plan ($9.99/month): 500 messages per day, everything in Standard, 5 devices, priority API access.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancellation and refund policies follow the respective platform's terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Abuse the API by exceeding rate limits or automating requests beyond normal keyboard usage.
• Use the Service to translate content that is harmful, threatening, or violates the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

LinQo, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of LinQo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Translation Accuracy

LinQo uses advanced AI and machine translation technology, but translations may not always be perfectly accurate. LinQo is not liable for any errors, misunderstandings, or consequences arising from translated content. Do not rely on LinQo for legal, medical, or safety-critical translations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinQo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinQo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
